Class of 91 all girls campout

I've been thinking about my 20 year reunion a lot the past few weeks...I can't believe that it has almost been 20 years since I walked the halls of South Albany High School. I think I'm like every other high school alumni when I say that I had some awesome times in high school and I had some not so great moments too. The good news is that we all survived!! I guess my mom was right when she said "what doesn't kill you will make you a better person".



It's been really cool to re-connect with old friends, and in some cases, old enemies on Facebook...I know, I know....ugh Facebook, but hear me out. Because of facebook I've been able to see pictures of old classmates, families, children, vacations, sports, animals...well you get the picture . It's been really fun...which made me start thinking how cool it would be to try to put together a girls only camping trip for the class of 1991 here in Oregon this summer. If you want to attend, save the dates of Sept 17 -20th, more info to come after I figure out how many girls are interested in attending.



It would be great to see anyone who could make it and what better setting than on the beautiful Santiam River. There is an amazing group camping area called Longbow (22 miles east of Sweet Home on Hwy 20) that would be the perfect place to get away and re-connect with our fellow class "ladies". But I am also open for suggestions so let me know if you would like to attend or have a suggestion on location.



Since it has been 20 years, I've not been in contact with a lot of you, I would like to make sure I can get this invite out to everyone I can, and not leave anyone out so please, pass my blog link along with the flier I made (I can email or postal mail if needed), to any ladies you have kept in contact with.
